This is a FREE class for all individuals who were impacted by the 2017 fires. Trauma-Informed Yoga is a practice that supports re-regulating the sympathetic nervous system (which can become dysregulated after traumatic events), strengthening the body, and soothing the soul. In addition to pranayam (breath work) and asana (postures for stretching and strengthening), these classes can include acupressure, chanting, and simple guided meditations for deep relaxation. These practices will support you in your healing process while enhancing your overall well-being and sense of peace.
