HEALDSBURG PILATES INFUSION

This is a workout designed to stimulate the entire body with movements from modalities such as pilates, yoga, and dance. Exercises will be done on a mat, sitting on a stool, and standing. In this 1 hour class, we will focus on movement principles organizing the body through breath and alignment, while doing exercises balancing strength and flexibility through fluid, connected movements.
