INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
Yoga On Center will offer a special workshop to welcome beginners usually the first Saturday of each month. Times and teachers are posted on our schedule page by month. Each workshop will be taught by a different teacher from our diverse selection of instructors. We invite you to come with curiousity and interest. Class times will be two hours, with ample time for discussion and questions. Cost is $20 and pre-registration is required to ensure we run each workshop.

All levels are welcome.

This class is designed especially for school teachers (but everyone is welcome). Come and unwind from your busy day with yoga. Let your breath help guide you through a yoga practice aimed at releasing tension, while increasing strength and flexibility. Find deep relaxation and peace of mind.
