Tasha entered the Pilates world in 2013 when a close friend asked for her help in opening a wellness studio. It was love at first class for Tasha, and she immediately started studying and training to become a certified Pilates instructor with Balanced Body under Chantill Lopez. A natural teacher with a passion for health and fitness, Tasha has found Pilates to be a perfect compliment to running, her lifelong favorite workout practice. Tasha deeply values the opportunity to empower her students to stretch themselves to physically and mentally reach their balanced and healthy potential. She continually seeks to interweave stretching, strengthening, breathing and balance into each of her workouts.
