Chelsea bring her love of creativity, liberation, and presence to her practice of teaching. She has been teaching mindfulness practices and yoga to diverse populations since 2009. Her practice and teaching is deeply informed by social justice, creative action, and liberation. Her teaching focuses on somatic awareness, connection to breath, and explorations of love. She has completed a 500-hour training under the lineage of Patricia Sullivan, Ramanand Patel, Tony Briggs, Zoketsu Norman Fischer, and many more.
